B. Partial refund
If you request a refund within two weeks (14 days), but at least seven days before the scheduled start date of your booking, you are eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the advance payment (20% of the total booking cost).

c. No refunds will be given
If you request a refund within seven days of the scheduled start date of your booking, no refund will be given. 20% advance payment is non-refundable.
